今日の出来事から 12月26日(金) あと6日で2015年

 昨夜は米人宅に招かれ、ビーフ、サラダ、オイスターと帆立、マッシュルームとポテトのグラタンをいただきました。この時期、皆さん張り切って料理を作るので招かれるのは光栄です。

大抵のものは、アマゾンで購入できます。私6種類買いましたよ。 お正月に新年会で皆さんと試食、試飲します。

アメリカで’一番高い店とは? NYCにある雅のようです。お任せで450ドル、お一人様です。

 経済指標です。為替は120.38円、来年は130円までは行かず円高に動くという予測が出ています。一時下げたゴールドが1194ドルまで戻しています。原油は55.77ドル、北海ブレントは60ドルです。株はアジア全面高、欧州はフランスを除いて上げています。NY株は堅調です、18081ドルとしっかり地固めしています。確か7日連続の上げとなっています。
 そう考えると、今年1年の米国株は実に堅調であったということです。個人的には、去年は債券70%、株式30%で運用して失敗しましたが、今年は株式の割合を50%以上にしたので正解だったことになります。
 不動産については、たまに見ていますが、同じコンドの売り出し物件を見て推測していますが、あまり上がっていないように思います。
 円安に触れたことで、日本からハワイへの不動産投資がかなり減ったのではないかと思っています。韓国や中国の動きが分かりませんが、今後は間違いなく、東南アジアからの投資がハワイに向かうと考えています。

 夜は弟分のお見合い会食があります。遥か彼方欧州からプリンセスが訪米していますが、果たしてフィーリングは合うのか? 楽しみです。

 今週もあと2日営業日、そして来週が月ー水の営業で2014年が終りです。元旦から4日の日曜日までVIPの訪米に伴い、店は閉めます。皆さん、良い週末、年度末を!
