The right halfshaft may have been improperly heat treated, reducing its strength. The improper heat treatment can result in the halfshaft breaking, preventing the engine from moving the vehicle, and can allow a possible roll away situation if the parking brake is not engaged. This can increase the risk of a crash.<br><strong>Solution:</strong> Honda will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the halfshaft’s serial number, replacing it as necessary and aligning the front wheels, free of charge. ということで、１－３位はビッグ３のトラックが占めています。それにしてもさすがフォードのFシリーズ、売れてい数字が違います。そしてポンコツのクライスラーでもRAMとJEEPの看板商品で生き延びています。
全体的にはセダンはダメでSUV系が強いという傾向に変わりはありませんが、シビックのセダン１位は評価できるでしょうし、昨年比でも伸ばしています。
来年、新型カムリがスポーティになって、どこまで伸ばせるかでしょう。

 　昨日、確か埼玉のソープランドで火災があり、３人が死んでいます。男性が１人、女性が２人だったと思いますが、この男性の家族、少し惨め？　仮にお父さんだったら、家族は恥ずかしいかもしれません。Hしに行って死んだわけですからね。
　偶然か、韓国でも忠清北道（チュンチョンプクト）堤川（チェチョン）市の８階建てのビルで火災が起き、少なくとも２８人が死亡し、２６人が煙を吸うなどして病院に運ばれています。現場は沐浴湯と呼ばれる銭湯やサウナ、ジムが入ったビルで、入浴中の客らが多数死亡したとみられています。

また北朝鮮の兵士が南に逃げ込みました。そして一般の市民も竹島の近くで韓国軍に保護されました。中から崩壊していくしかないと思います。

　関係改善のはずがなぜ、中国が韓国への団体旅行を再び禁止か（字幕・20日）また渡航禁止
　韓国の旅行会社によると、中国当局は来年１月以降、同国への団体旅行を再び禁止する措置を取りました。両国関係を巡っては、米国の新型ミサイル防衛システム「ＴＨＡＡＤ」の韓国配備に対する報復として、中国が韓国への団体旅行を一時禁止する措置。しかし今月、韓国の文宣寅大統領が訪中するなど、関係は改善に向かっていると思われていたのですが、屈辱外交は何の成果もなし。

　メトロアトランタ2軒目のIKEAがマリエッタのFranklin Gateway corridorにできます。確かこの場所は名前からしてI-75沿いだと思います。

　土曜日の80％が気になります。冬場のゴルフは天候との闘いです。

　昨日は元YKKの重鎮、坪川さんが久々にランチに来られました。77歳だそうで、うちのゴルフ仲間の大将と同い年です。コンサルをやっていたそうですが、もう引退するそうです。そこで私は「あと4年で寿司屋を引退します」と宣言しました。まあすでに周知の事実？　先の見えない世の中で、金稼ぎだけに人生を終え、その使いみちがなくなることが一番、怖いわけです。貯めるだけ貯めてエンジョイできないのでは、何のために働いてきたのか意味がありません。預金通帳見て、ニコリと笑うのも良いでしょうが、お金は使ってこそ意味があり、生きるというものです。またお金を使えない人間は寂しい。使うために稼ぐ、それがお金、使えばまた戻ってきます、一方通行ではやがて行き詰まります。

ハワイ島は超金持ちのお忍び場所

　夕方からトミーさんとその仲間とワインバーで飲み会。なかなか面白い話を聴きました。ハワイ島で何かビジネスができるかどうかを模索しているわけですがね。 　まず、ハワイ島に別荘を持っている人のリスト、私の予想通りアメリカを代表するVIPの名前が挙がっています。 　ビル・ゲイツ、マイクロソフトの創業者で世界第2位の金持ちですね。マイケル・デル、今は落ち目ですが、DELLの創業者。ハリソン・フォードなどハリウッドの俳優たちもかなり所有しているようです。そのハワイでの資産は10ミリオンではなく、数十ミリオンのようです。10ミリオンの物件はざらにあります。 　日本人でも某パチンコメーカーの社長も推定＄１６Mの家を所有しているとか、また有名歌舞伎俳優やキムタクなどもお忍びでハワイ島に来るようです。彼らが物件を所有しているかどうかは不明ですけどね。 ちなみにそうした超高額物件も2006年を境に急落しました。＄５０Mが＄１５とかに下がったようですが、売った人もいるし、そうでない人もいるでしょう。 　有名人でも正月にハワイに来る人は多いですね。よく朝のワイドショーでインタビューを受けるような下っ端芸能人はオアフに’行くわけです。そこでゴルフするとかでしょうが、ランクの上の芸能人はそういうにぎやかでマスコミに騒がれるところを避けてハワイ島に来るのです。 　冬場になると、コナ空港はそうしたセレブのプライベートジェットで満杯になり、置き場所がないため、満杯後は横のマウイの空港を利用するようです。それだけの大物たちが、広大な敷地に住むわけですね。 　ただし、そういう人はお抱えのシェフがいるでしょうから、店に食べに行くようなことはしませんね。ということは、＄１０M以下のそこそこ金持ちや＄１M程度の普通の金持ち、いわゆる小金持ちをターゲットにしたビジネスは成り立つということですね。 　そして彼の別荘のある近くに店を構えてそこそこビジネスをしている人もいるようです。なんとなく話を聞いてみると、日本食といわれるレストランの数は１０もなし。韓国料理屋はたぶんなし、ハングルを見ませんからね。 　そして美味しい日本食を出している店は１つか２つしかないようです。Buckheadで鍛えた私の腕が通用する可能性はありそうですかね。 　そういうそこそこ金持ちの場合は、店に行くという

 Veinteseis de Mayo (Viernes) 　やはり今週のピークは水曜日でしたね。昨日はかなり空いた感じでした。パティオは一時満席になったものの、中はガラガラでした。 　予定通り、昨日の朝はコンクリートを練ってミニ工事していましたが、重いので２袋が限界でした。また明日にでもやるかと。まあ汗はかいたのでOK！ 　たまたまZillowという不動産のサイトを見ていたら、売り出ししていない家でも「推定価格」が表示されています。それも家の前からしっかり写真まで撮ってあります。もちろん航空写真で真上からのものもありました。情報はお金だ！の世界ですね。うちは３エーカーの敷地で67万ドルに値上がりしていますね。昨年、ちょうど１０カ月前に６軒お隣で同じサイドの家が５５万ドルで売れていましたが、この家は裏庭がない。そういうことも分かります。メトロアトランタの不動産はうなぎ登り？　資産持つものはさらに富むわけです。 トヨタのＴＡＣＯＭＡ２４年モデルが公開されました。次は４Ｒｕｎｎｅｒが公開されます。同じシャーシーです。 　 一時140円をつけた為替は少し下げて139.66円で動いています。ゴールド少し戻して1953ドルです。原油も昨日下げましたが、今は少し戻し72ドル台。株はアジア上げ、欧州微下げ、NYはまちまち。まあ明日から夏休みです。やる気はない。来週木曜日が期限の債務上限問題ですが、歩み寄るしかないので、解決します。ここで上げるかと。 　しかしこの問題が解決しても、米国経済は’第１四半期で３７％の企業が業績を落とし、第２四半期でこれが拡大するなら、また下げるのでないかと。実質はリセッション入りのようです。二極分化が進み、今は富裕層の消費が頼りのようです。社会人になったばかりのZ世代とかお金はないですよ。米国民は貧しくなっている、これが現状です。 英国は昨年、約６０万人の移民を受け入れています。首相は多過ぎと言っていますが、その中には香港とウクライナが含まれています。労働市場は人手不足なので、規制はできないようです。 　しばらくなかったのに、茨城と千葉で震度５の地震が起きています。 この雨雲はあまり関係なし。今日はやや曇りで７９度ですから、最高ですね。 次の大きな雨は来週の日曜日の４０％です。 日本は台風がどうなるかです。私、雨男？なわけないんですが。 　日曜日の準備
