 昨日の二ユースで、安倍政権が第1次と合わせると歴代最長の政権になったそうです。これをどう見るか? 長期は腐敗を生み、良くない。他にいないからそうなった。
 私としてはあと2年の?任期の中で、多少の反対があろうとも、憲法改正を行い、自衛隊を軍隊にして、中国や北朝鮮に抑止力を見せることが、大事。それが安倍さんの最大かつ最後に仕事にして欲しいと思うのです。このままでは日本は滅ぶ。

 日本は滅ぶ? そうなんです。世界3大投資家の1人、シンガポールに住むジム・ロジャースはどう言っています。なぜ滅ぶのか? 1)人口の急激な減少、2)財政の悪化。だそうです。職業移民を37万人入れても足りない。百万人単位で入れていかないと追いつかない。そして移民が増えるとそこに摩擦が起き、犯罪を生む。
 人口の急激な減少は、税収に減少につながり、その人口ピラミッドも歪なカタチで上が膨らみ(高齢者の多さを示す)、下が細い(若年層の減少を示す)。これにより社会福祉が追い付かなくなり、日本は財政破綻するのでしょう。それが2050年か? いつかは知りませんよ。それゆえ10%の消費税では足りるわけない。18%が妥当、今からその手当をしておかないと間に合わなくなるのです。
 外国人からすれば日本は安全で食べ物美味い、人が良いなどなど外見を見ると素晴らしい国ですが、中身はもう腐り始めている。それぐらいに思っておかないと大変なことになります。

 麻薬疑惑の沢尻エリカ容疑者。実は所持で捕まっています、使用では捕まっていない。この違いは何か? 尿反応が出ていないそうです。となれば所持の罪だけで終わる。それしかできません、反応がないのだから。しかし復帰するのは時間がかかりますね、どうでもいい話です。

とまあ、いろいろあるもんです。ただしすべてベース車です。カムリでいえばLEクラスです。シートは革ではありません。ここから派生してオプションが付き高くなります。
 カムリでいえば、グレードはLE、SE、Limited、XLE、XSEなどあります。 Sはスポーツの意味で、スポーティな内装やパネルになり、たぶんホイールもそうなのでしょう。これにハイブリッドが加わります。一番高いカムリだと4万ドルに近いと思います。

 
 オーストラリアの山火事、鎮火しません。昨日の映像ではコアラが焼け焦げて治療されていました。

 愚かな話、夫婦で年収1200万円あって4千万円の家を買う。しかし定年後に払えなくなった。旦那1千万円は再就職で300万円になり、妻が200万円、これは現状維持で、合計500万円。ローン残高2千万円。63歳の今、年間180万円しか返済できず、修繕費積み立てが年間50万円かかっている。そんな記事が現代ビジネスに出ています。
 何が間違ったのか??? 日本の金融機関もバカで、ローンの終わる時期を80歳にしているそうです。35年ローンであれば45歳で家を買うと80歳で完済です。
 これもバカですよね、定年後に収入が激減するのは分っているのに35年を組むことが間違っています。定年にローンが終わるように組まないといけないのです。1200万円あったのだから、早い時期に多めに払い、35年でもそれを25年で払い終えるような返済をすべきでした。私はそう思います。

 私はハワイのコンド、30年ローンを組みましたが、10年で払い終えます、あと1年で終わりです。それは半端な残高、1千ドル以下を常に払い続けているからです。そしてお金に余裕のある時は、少しでも多めに払っています。日本人にはそういうアタマがないのか? たまたまこの夫婦にはそういう認識がなかったのか?
 35年のローンを組んだら、そりゃもう金融機関の鴨ですよ。いくらの金利を払うか、家の価格と同じぐらい払うのでは? そこらの計算は私は弱い。
 しかし、金融機関の鴨になるのではなく、借金を利用してお金儲けをしないといけない。お金借りて資産を増やす、金融機関を利用するのが原則です。お得意様になってはいけないのです。これが私の持論。夢のマイホームが「悪夢」になってはいけないのです。そうでなくてもそのマイホームの資産価値は年々下がり、それはやがて限りなくゼロに近くなります。この日本のシステムもおかしい! アメリカでは起こりえないのです。

 昨日、お隣さんのランチを食べました。感想は? 2度と買わない。14ドルで焼いたサーモンのバーガーにコールスローサラダが付いています。このサイズが小さい。
 たぶん、この店、苦戦しますよ。どこまで耐えられるのか?というか満席にならないと思います。オーナーは18時間働いているらしい。日曜日も開け、土曜日も開け、休憩なしの通しです。そうでなくて景気観は悪いというのに、どうなるのか? 他人の心配よりも自分の心配です。
