少し気になったシャンペン、調べてみました。

　いつも白ワインを持ち込むお客さんですが、年末だけあってシャンパンでした。
　それで特級畑なので、気になりやはり調べてみることにしました。
　Bonnaire Brut Grand Cru, Blanc de Blanc
こんな批評がありました。
「Like the Rosé, the almost delicate nose is quite restrained yet impressively complex, blending notes of fresh lemon, rose petal and green apple with a background hint of yeast, all of which complement well the equally complex and nuanced flavors that are softly foamy but the effervescence is not aggressive and the attractively dry finish is crisp and lingering. This is an exercise in finesse and fashioned in a style that could easily be enjoyed now or held for at least another five years. I would buy six or twelve bottles and drink them over the next five.」

価格的には30ドル前後ですから店で飲めば60-90ドルの間という品物で、決して高級なシャンペンではないですね。
